Diehard 4 theme for GTK2 / GTK3 / Cinnamon / Metacity

Still some bugs and a lot I'd like to improve with it. Please let me know if you have any problems. No Unity or GnomeShell support yet.

1.1: Fixes to Cinnamon theme, added Openbox theme, started Unity support
1.2: Graphics improvements to GTK2, GTK3 themes - check, radio buttons, etc.
1.3: Added Xfwm theme, minor adjustments to GTK3 colors
1.4: Fixed desktop rubberband and adjusted desktop icon labels
1.5: Adjusted text colors for legacy apps, made form selection more visible, cleaned the CSS
1.6: Fixed desktop rubberband (again), changed bevel on Metacity theme

Icons are faenza-darkest with a custom folder icon added.

It's possible somewhat with True Transparency and a 3DCC theme.
